Application

The ammonia pressure gauge is designed to measure the pressure of various media that do not corrode common materials such as carbon steel, alloy structural steel, austenitic stainless steel, and tin-lead alloy brazing materials. It is primarily utilized in fertilizer production processes and in refrigeration equipment to measure the pressure of ammonia, whether as a gas or in a mixture.
The instrument consists of a pressure guiding system (including connectors and a spring tube), a transmission mechanism, an indicating device, and a casing. When the measured medium exerts pressure on the spring tube, the tube end undergoes corresponding deformation or displacement. This movement is then amplified by the transmission mechanism and displayed on the dial by the indicating device, showing the measured pressure.
