Application
A capsule is used in a capsule pressure gauge as its elastic element to measure micro pressure. It measures the micro pressure and negative pressure of gases that are not corrosive to copper alloys and have no danger of explosion. It is widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar equipment. The pressure measuring system and the case of full stainless steel capsule pressure gauge are made of stainless steel.It can be used in technological processes with high corrosion resistance requirements, to measure the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gases.
Theory
The capsule pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system (joint, bellow's capsule, etc ) a transmission mechanism (pulling mechanism, gear transmission mechanism). an indicating device (pointer and dial) and a casing (case, lining ring and glass).When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the bellows capsule, the capsule deforms and moves, and the transmission system is driven by the pulling mechanism, 50 that the indicating device indicates the pressure on the dial. In addition, the capsule pressure gouge is equipped with a zero adjustment device, which can easily adjust the pointer to the zero position.
