Product Introduction
The YK-100/150 vibration-resistant pressure gauge (hereinafter referred to as the "instrument") is mainly suitable for measuring pulsating pressure, such as in fracturing and well cementing equipment used in oil production. It can also be used to measure static pressure.
The instrument has excellent vibration resistance. Its internal damping mechanism provides effective damping across the entire measurement range of pulsating pressure, requiring no adjustments during use. Therefore, the instrument provides stable and clear readings even under severe pulsating pressure conditions, and it can withstand instantaneous pressure shocks (e.g., sudden pressure release). Additionally, the liquid-filled instrument head allows it to function normally even in environments with strong vibrations at the installation site.
The instrument has an "anti-blocking" feature, preventing the measured medium from entering the interior of the instrument. This makes it suitable for measuring high-viscosity, high-particle-content, and easily solidifying media, such as slurry.
The instrument is equipped with reliable sealing and anti-corrosion measures, enabling it to operate in harsh environments (e.g., outdoors, high humidity).
Working Principle
The instrument primarily consists of a sealing gasket, diaphragm group, fork spring, transmission indicator mechanism, and case. The pulsating pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm group through the sealing gasket. The diaphragm group uses a capillary channel to limit the flow, smoothing out the pulsating pressure. This pressure is then converted by the mechanism into a focused force on the fork spring, causing it to deform. The deformation is amplified by the transmission mechanism, and the indicator system displays the pressure of the measured medium.
Main Technical Characteristics
- The normal working ambient temperature for the instrument is -25°C to 55°C.
- The normal working vibration conditions of the instrument should not exceed V.H.5 grade as defined in GBT17214.
- The technical performance complies with industry standard "JB/T6804-2006 Vibration-Resistant Pressure Gauge."
