Application

This pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, steam, gas and other media that do not corrode copper alloy or stainless steel. There is a sliding wire resistance transmitter inside the gauge, which can transmit the measured pressure to the secondary instrument far away from the measuring site in the form of electric quantity. In this way, centralized detection and remote control can be realized. In addition, the instrument can indicate the pressure on the spot to facilitate on-site inspection.

Theory

This pressure gauge is composed of a Bourdon tube pressure gauge and a sliding wire resistance transmission components which has a certain function of the measured pressure. The work of the mechanical part of the pressure gauge is the same as that of a general Bourdon tube pressure gauge. The resistance transmitter is set on the gear transmission mechanism, SO when the sector gear shaft in the gear transmission mechanism rotates, the rotating arm (brush) of the resistance transmitter also rotates. The brush slides on the resistor, So that the measured pressure value is converted into a resistance value, and is transmitted to the secondary meter to indicate the corresponding reading value. At the same time, this pressure gauge also indicates the pressure value on site.
This pressure gauge is used in conjunction with the secondary instrument or frequency converter to realize the purpose of automatic control and signal (alarm) to the controlled system. It is widely used in constant pressure water supply projects.

Operation

1. The wiring operation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

   3. It is necessary to add a protective device for the pressure gauge in an environment with a sharp pressure change or vibration or pulsation.
   4. When installing or disassembling, don't pull the case of the gauge by hand, use a special wrench to install or disassemble.
   5. The pressure gauge should be installed horizontally or vertically.
   6. Please use special medium pressure gauge when measuring the medium that is explosive or corrosive, easy to crystallize or solidify.
   7. The normal working environment temperature of the pressure gauge is -40°C~+70°C, and the relative humidity is not more than 85%.
